Study On Supply Evaluate System And Select Methodology

Under supply chain management, individual firm no longer competes as an independent entity, but rather as an integral part of supply chain linkage. How to choose suppliers scientifically and efficiently has become an important subject of purchasing management and practice it is not only the sign to measure the level of supply chain management, but also is the most key factor to determine the competition capability of supply chain. Thus, the suppliers' selection and order quantity allocation problem study for purchase system become important for both theoretical research and practical application.This paper introduced supply chain, supply chain management and the basic thought of supply chain management first. Then this paper summarizes the characteristics of suppliers' selection under supply chain management environment. A supplier evaluation system including the prestige and popularity, the quality, technical, the price, the delivery ability five aspects are proposed. And the quality indexes and quantity indexes are explained and qualified respectively also. The system has highlighted supplier's cooperation ability and the develop power appraisal, comprehensive reflection supply chain environment the new supplier has related the characteristic.Then, an improvement of the TOPSIS model is developed based on entropy weight. Firstly, the question of TOPSIS method has carried on the discussion, and has made the improvement to it. After then the supplier preference pattern is established by unifies the entropy weight and the improvement TOPSIS method. Finally made the MATLAB programming to this model to avoid the tedious mathematical computation, caused the user to raises the efficiency.At last, this model of supplier's selection is applied in Anhui LvYuan reverted company.
