As the headstream of traditional Chinese medicine supply chain, traditional Chinese medicinal materials’suppliers are extremely important for traditional Chinese medicinal materials’ supplier’s relation management and supplier selection, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials’ supplier selection is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials’supplier’s relation management and a significant content of Supply Chain Management.However.our country has not built up a set of traditional Chinese medicinal materials’ suppliers performance evaluation yet.On the base of forefathers study.combined with the concrete reality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials’ supplier comprehensively,this paper set up traditional Chinese medicinal materials’supplier evaluation index system.This system examined suppliers from three aspects:supplier’s product competitiveness,inside competitiveness and prestige.This system has contained the traditional Chinese medicinal materials’ supplier’s the quality of product, price superiority.delivery,human resource, financial situation and management level.traditional Chinese medicinal materials’ supplier evaluation index system must be furnished with a scientific appraisal method, and appraisal results are made accurately and rationally.The traditional supplier selection method is simpler and coarse.and apt to be influenced by human factor.This paper sets up traditional Chinese medicinal materials’supplier appraise model of FAHP,through instance examine.it can be find out the supplier appraisal system and method of this paper is very accurate, and accords with the objective reality.At last.this paper gives some proposal for the future development of traditional Chinese medicinal materials’supplier. Because of limited capacity,the study was not deeply enough, it will be developed in the future.
