Study On Optimization Of Purchasing Order Business Process Of RM Company

The purchasing order business process is one of the cores of the procurement management process,its running efficiency determines and affects the efficiency of procurement management directly.Because the life cycle of products and services is required from long to short.RM company is facing the pressure of shortening the delivery time?improving running efficiency and services,these pressures need the process time of purchasing order shorten,response rapidly,play the flexibility and improve the processing efficiency.Delivering the goods timely can meet the requirements of production and service,and finally response to the demands of customers in time.Therefore,optimizing the purchasing order business process of RM company is the key step to improve the procurement management process.The paper takes optimization of purchasing order process of RM company as the research object,which is a manufacturing enterprise of automotive electronics R&Ds and production.Based on analyzing the present situation of RM company's purchasing order process systematically,the existing problems are summarized and sorted.Using the method of mathematical modeling,systematically establishes the optimization mathematical model of purchasing order business process,and combines with the partial improvement of the business process,forming the process optimization solution sets of reducing the order approval cycle numbers and shortening the process time based on the partial improvement.And then systematically discussing the effect of the optimization solution set of the purchasing business process.For the improvement problem of the process,this paper uses the mathematical optimization method and puts forward the method of coordination between the partial optimization and system evaluation.And provides the reference and promotion strategy for the enterprise business process optimization.
