Faced with the "dual" pattern of urban and rural economy and the "dual" segmentation of urban and rural logistics for a long time, under the situation of continuous favorable government policies and increasing demand for urban and rural logistics,it is an important step to study the urban-rural integration logistics network and build a new urban-rural logistics relationship to change the current status of urban and rural logistics. This paper takes cost as the guide and the urban and rural logistics network as the object. The main research contents and results are as follows:Firstly, from the perspective of network construction, this paper analyzes the cost structure of urban-rural integration logistics network and the cost factors influencing the construction of urban-rural integration logistics network, and discusses the impact of cost on the structure of urban-rural integration logistics network. The analysis shows that the cost composition of two-way logistics is not the same between urban and rural areas. The cost factors that influence the construction of urban-rural integrated logistics network include transportation cost, loss cost, hub node construction cost, environmental cost and time cost. After a comprehensive analysis of the above factors, this paper discusses the network form, network node selection and network path planning, and concludes that the choice of hub-and-spoke logistics network has more advantages in cost saving and can be used as the network form of urban-rural integration logistics network.Secondly, based on the cost analysis,a cost model of hub-and-spoke urban-rural integrated logistics network which meets the logistics needs of both agricultural and non-agricultural products and allows direct transportation is constructed. Then,an example and four experiments are designed to verify the effectiveness of the model and the tabu search algorithm. The sensitivity analysis results show that the number of hub nodes, material flow, transportation vehicles and other factors have an impact on the total cost of network construction and decision-making,which should be considered in the actual decision-making;and the weight analysis of economic cost and carbon emission cost indicates that enterprises need more preferential policies to reduce carbon emissions. Finally, based on the established hub-and-spoke urban-rural integrated logistics network cost model,an empirical study was conducted on 33 towns of city A,and hub towns were selected,non-hub towns were allocated and direct routes were established. The research results show that it is reasonable to select 6 out of 33 towns of city A as hubs.At this time, the total cost of the network is about 36.02 billion yuan, which is about 1.2% less than the total cost of the traditional fully connected network. There is only one direct route in the network, that is,a direct transport route is established between town13 and town33.In the future, the logistics development of city A should focus on multimodal transport, combining government and enterprises, constantly optimizing the structure, integrating resources, and improving its comprehensive competitiveness. |
