Research On Optimization Of Auto Insurance Claims Process Of Inner Mongolia X Company

With the rapid development of automobile industry,transportation industry,and people's insurance awareness,automobile insurance has become a livelihood business for everyone.With the continuous growth of the auto insurance market,the insurance industry is becoming more and more sound norms.And consumer demand is also upgrading,auto insurance claims is becoming more and more important.Year by year the expense ratio of auto insurance subject increases while the profit rate decreases.Competition among auto insurers is heating up.The quality and efficiency of auto insurance claim process determine the level of business development of the company and affect the service experience of consumers.Domestic auto insurance started late,developed slowly and bumpily.The guarantee and financing function of auto insurance have not been fully sound yet.The original service concept needs to be changed,and the current auto insurance claim process needs to be optimized.This paper selects the auto insurance claim process of X company in Inner Mongolia,which is a typical representative,as the research object.The process optimization team tried to find the problems from the perspectives of customer satisfaction,claim settlement staff satisfaction and industry supervision.In addition,questionnaire survey,employee interview and other methods are adopted to dig the root causes behind the difficulty in claim settlement.In this paper,process optimization method is used to solve the problems of complex process and low efficiency in enterprises.By canceling,adjusting,merging and adding related nodes and posts,the process will be more sound and the efficiency will be higher,so as to ensure the healthy and efficient development of auto insurance claim settlement work of X company in Inner Mongolia.Meanwhile,the auto insurance claim process optimization of X company in Inner Mongolia has taken the first step in establishing an insurance ecosystem and building an information sharing platform,providing more references for the process optimization of related enterprises.
