Research On The Impact Path Of Technology Spillovers On Enterprise Innovation Performance Under Industrial Clusters

The technology spillover effect generally occurs in industrial clusters,which has an important impact on the technological innovation of industrial clusters and even the enterprises in the clusters.However,the current theoretical research shows that there are positive and negative effects of "demonstration driving catch-up" and "vicious competition and homogeneous imitation" in technology spillover effects in industrial clusters.Therefore,further analysis about why under the condition of industrial clusters the technology spillover effect act different on the performance of enterprise innovation,and the path of this effect,makes a great different to further clarify the theoretical confusion,to guide enterprises to carry out technical innovation activities better,and to improve the efficiency of technological innovation in theoretical and practical way.From the perspective of role theory,this paper adopts the method of double-case comparative study to analyse the impact of corporate role positioning on technology spillover effect.The results show that the role positioning of enterprises will affect the spillover effect of technology within clusters,and thus affect the innovation performance of enterprises.In the development stage of cluster,the positioning of enterprise--"technology imitator" is more conducive to the technology accumulation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the development stage,which is beneficial to the positive technology spillover effect,and has a positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.However,in the mature stage of cluster development,the development plans of enterprises that are positioned as "independent innovators" are more in line with the requirements of technology-based enterprises in the cluster,comply with the subsequent development of technology spillover effect,and realize the development and progress of enterprise innovation performance.On this basis,the theoretical framework of the impact of technology spillover in industrial clusters on enterprise innovation performance is constructed,and the paper also puts forward the policy suggestions of defining the development cycle of clusters and enterprises,accurately positioning the role of enterprise innovation,changing the innovation role actively,according to the different development stages of industrial clusters.
