Research On Ways To Cultivate New-type Professional Farmers

Fostering new professional farmers is an inevitable requirement for improving the comprehensive quality of farmers,adapting to the development of new industrialization,dramatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.It is also an important way to effectively solve the"three rural issues"and achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.With the accelerating process of urbanization,China's traditional agriculture has been gradually to the modern agricultural development mode transformation,with the popularization of agricultural mechanization,the application of modern high technology,networking control technology in agriculture,China has entered the stage of development of modern agriculture."How to grow well"and"what kind of people to grow"has aroused great concern from society.At the same time,agriculture is more and more high requirements in the aspects of agricultural production specialization,division of labor is getting smaller,the"occupation of farmers"has gradually become a new occupation groups of society,the new period under the new situation,one of the major deployment to accelerate the development of modern agriculture is to strengthen the new occupation farmer training^[1].In view of this,this paper takes Wan Chou District of new occupation farmer training situation as an example,combined with the new occupation farmer training presents problems,in-depth analysis of its causes,from the cultivation of perspective to explore how to promote our new occupation farmer cultivation of effective and sustainable development,promoting China's modern agricultural modernization.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,based on the current agricultural development background,clarifies the purpose and significance of this paper,and briefly introduces the research contents,methods and innovations of the article.The second chapter expounds the related theories about the cultivation of new professional farmers,defines the connotation of new professional farmers and the way of cultivation,and summarizes the current research situation of new professional farmers both at home and abroad.The third chapter discusses the current situation of new professional farmers'cultivation way inWan Chou District,and makes systematic analysis,and puts forward the existing problems of new professional farmers in Wan Chou area.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems of the new professional farmers in Wan Chou district from the government level,the cultivation level,the object level and the social level.The fifth chapter,based on the existing problems and reasons for the existing new vocational farmers in Wan Chou District,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cultivation of new professional farmers.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the full text.It makes a comprehensive discussion and Analysis on the ways of nurturing new professional farmers,and expands the path for the cultivation of new professional farmers,and is committed to promoting the process of agricultural modernization and the construction of new countryside in China.
