In the process of urbanization development in China, land use planning has always been an important part of the urban development planning system. The development of industrial economy is inseparable from the adjustment and improvement of the industrial land layout. In recent years,Guangzhou's industrial development has been rapid, and the industrial system has gradually improved. However, the use of industrial land still has problems of inefficiency and even vacancy,it is necessary to study the distribution characteristics and evolution law of industrial land supply and industrial space in Guangzhou in depth, and explore the impact of industrial land supply on the spatial distribution of industry,so as to provide suggestions for the improvement of industrial land use efficiency and industrial space layout optimization. This study is based on the theory of land supply and demand theory, supported by industrial land supply and corporate data. The paper discusses the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of industrial land supply and industrial spatial distribution in Guangzhou from the perspective of time and space change, and further analyzes the influence of the former on the latter.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the research status of industrial land and industrial space at home and abroad, combing related concepts and theories as well, the paper analyzes the supply situation of industrial land in Guangzhou through the quantitative analysis method, and discusses the distribution characteristics of the quantity, structure and space of industrial land supply in Guangzhou;secondly, the paper conducts analysis of the status of Guangzhou's industrial industry, which focuses on exploring the characteristics of the changes of manufacturing industries and the industry structure of it in Guangzhou;thirdly, according to the above analysis results, the automobile manufacturing industry is selected to conduct specific time and space comparison analysis between industrial land supply and enterprises,to deeply explore the impact of the industry land supply on the spatial distribution of enterprises: 1)to use the ArcGIS to spatialize and vectorize the related data, and to establish a land supply database and an enterprise database for the Guangzhou automobile manufacturing industry,2)using the methods of nuclear density estimation and gravity center transfer path, the spatial and temporal evolution analysis of the land supply and enterprise spatial distribution of the automobile manufacturing industry is carried out, which mainly discusses the characteristics and laws of spatial and temporal changes, such as spatial distribution, spatial agglomeration and spatial center of gravity evolution and so on,3)to conduct a comprehensive study of the temporal and spatial evolution relationship of the two: to compare the results of time and space evolution analysis of the two,to compare and summarize the similarities and differences between the two during their temporal and spatial evolution processes,to analyze the spatial distribution coincidence degree of the two by the spatial anastomosis analysis method,to analyze the coincidence degree of spatial agglomeration of the two by the spatial agglomeration's coincidence degree model,in order to investigate the spatial coincidence situation between the land supply and enterprise distribution of the automobile manufacturing industry and the consistency of time and space trends of the two.Research indicates: 1)the supply of industrial land and various types of land supply in Guangzhou both showed a fluctuating trend, the spatial distribution of land supply varied greatly, which was more in the peripheral areas of the city, the main supply type was industrial land, and the supply industry was mainly automobile manufacturing.2)The quantity of manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou showed a fluctuating upward trend as a whole, these enterprises included many types of industry, whose quantity gap was large;the distribution of enterprises was mainly in the wholesale and retail industries, manufacturing industries as well.3)The supply of land for Guangzhou's automobile manufacturing industry showed a wide W-shaped cyclical fluctuation trend;the spatial distribution of land supply was obviously different, the staged spatial agglomeration characteristics were obvious, the high-density agglomeration area gradually shifted from the southwest and the central part of the city to the south, north and east;the transfer range of the center of gravity of the land supply space was large and the direction was repeated.4)The number of Guangzhou automobile manufacturing enterprises showed a fluctuating upward trend as a whole;the high-density area moved from the center to the north and from the west to the east, the single density center gradually shifted to multiple density centers;the direction of change of the center of gravity of the enterprise space was repeated, and the moving distance was more obvious in most stages.5)The overall difference of the spatial agglomeration characteristics between Guangzhou's automobile manufacturing land supply and enterprise distribution was obvious, the spatial overlap degree of the high density zone and the second high density zone between the two were both very low,the spatial distribution agglomeration of the two hadn't reached the staged consistency, the trend of spatial agglomeration of land supply was quite different from that of enterprises;the center of gravity change paths of the land supply and the corporate space were not similar;the industrial land spatial compatibility of the two were mostly at a medium to low level, whose trend was fluctuating, the enterprise spatial consistency were lower than the former, their direction and trend of change were basically opposite to the former as well;the spatial agglomeration coincidence degree between land supply and industries was generally low, which was at a low level in all stages as well.
