Research On The Development Path Of Family Farms Under The Background Of Structural Reform Of Agricultural Supply Side

The structural reform of the agricultural supply side mainly includes two aspects: one is supply-side reform and the other is structural reform.The focus of the supply-side reform is the reform and innovation of the system.Through the innovation of agricultural organization and management,it fundamentally liberates and develops agricultural productivity,promotes rational allocation of production factors,improves the utilization rate of resources,and promotes the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the agricultural supply system.The structural reform focuses on readjusting the industrial structure of agriculture,promoting the quality of agricultural products,promoting the sustainable and green development of agricultural production,and realizing the development of agriculture through high quality.(1)As a new type of agricultural management subject,family farm is an important part of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,and must actively respond to the needs of supply-side structural reforms.This paper takes the family farm as the research object,through the field investigation and research on the operation status of family farms,initially explores the role of family farms in the structural reform of agricultural supply side,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and proposes the development path and countermeasures of family farms under the background of structural reform of agricultural supply side.The introduction part mainly through the summary analysis of the background,significance and research status of the subject at home and abroad,studying the academic achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,learning from the related research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the definition of the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis.Firstly,through a review of the concept,connotation and related theories of agricultural supply side structural reform,it is pointed out that the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture will inevitably have a profound impact on agricultural production.Secondly,through the historical process of the origin and development of family farms,it is concluded that family farms are the main bearers and effective carrier of the structural reform of agricultural supply side in our country,and must take the initiative in the supply-side structural reform.At the same time,based on the basic principles of Marxism,it traces the dialectical relationship between production and consumption,discusses the related theories of the role of value law in the relationship between supply and demand of agriculture and other related theories,According to the policy guidance of agricultural supply-side structural reform in China,the theoretical basis for the study of issues related to family farm development in the process of agricultural supply-side structural reform is established.The third chapter is empirical research,introducing the current status of the development of family farms in Zhenjiang City.Through the investigation of family farms in Zhenjiang city,empirical analysis is made on the number,industrial structure,regional distribution,characteristics of production and management,scale of land and investment,level of agricultural equipment,structure of employees,etc.And the income and economic benefits of family farms in different industries are compared and analyzed.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the actual operation of some family farms in Zhenjiang City,to find out the effect of the development of family farms under the background of agricultural supply-side structural reform,and obtain the practical experience of family farms development.The fourth chapter is about problem research.The structural reform of the agricultural supply side puts forward a series of new requirements for agricultural production,The primary task is to readjust the structure of the industries of "Food,Economic crop,Feed,Planting,Breeding and Machining" within agriculture,continuously improve the quality of agricultural products,promote the integration and development of the first,second and third industries in rural areas,devote themselves to reducing the cost of agricultural production,and pay more attention to scientific and technological innovation.At the same time,the difficulties faced by family farms in the context of agricultural supply-side structural reform are discovered through many years of follow-up research on family farms in Zhenjiang City,it includes the difficulties in adjusting the industrial structure,the progress of agricultural technology,the promotion of the integration of three production,the reduction of production costs,the realization of the consumption pattern of agricultural products.Secondly,carry out moderate scale operation,consciously adjust the supply-side structure,adjust the planting structure and culture structure in a planned way,continuously improve the planting methods,improve the farming methods,and cultivate and introduce new varieties.Thirdly,the family farms should upgrade the agricultural products,increase the supply of middle and high-end agricultural products,strictly control the quality and safety of agricultural products,strengthen the brand construction of agricultural products,and effectively integrate regional resources.Fourth,innovate the consumption pattern of agricultural products,develop the “Internet +” consumption model,form an online and offline integrated agricultural product sales model,continuously develop leisure agriculture and sightseeing agriculture,so as to promote the integration and development of rural one,two,and three industries.Fifth,raise the level of professionalization of family farmers,vigorously develop vocational education in rural areas,strengthen the training of family farmers,urge family farmers to practice actively,and promote the professional and professional level of family farmers.Sixthly,the Government should increase support for farms,further optimize the financial support policy for agriculture,strengthen financial and insurance support for family farms,strengthen all-round policy leadership,and continuously improve the construction of rural infrastructure.
