A Study On The Of Development Of Community Finance Of Commercial Banks

The community finance industry has become an important subdividing field of financial business development of commercial banks.Financial institutions,in accordance with the specific needs of community financial products and financial services,cooperate with developers to create financial products and finance with more innovative characteristics service is an important model for the future development of community finance.In this paper,we use the relevant PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the current situation of the development of community finance of Bank A,and analyze the development process of the commercial banks community finance and draw lessons from the mature community financial development model of domestic and foreign commercial banks,combined with the current community financial work of bank A to propose targeted development strategies and policy recommendations.Through the research of this paper,the conclusions as following:(1)Commercial banks must base themselves on the local specific economic society to develop community finance,technical level conditions,promoting the development of community finance,need to highlight their own highlights and characteristics,and adopt a differentiated strategy,and form a good complementary system with the big banks,to provide better service to our customers.(2)Community finance institutions should strive to meet the financial needs of their small and medium-sized clients so that they can effectively serve the community residents and small and medium-sized enterprises.Effectively promoting the development of the local economy.(3)To develop community finance,it is necessary to make clear the position of financial institutions in the financial market of the community,and make a comprehensive development of the community finance based on the strategic perspective,scientific planning and improvement of various financial service systems in the community.From the perspective of market research,the improvement of the community financial service system is a long-term process that requires commercial banks to combine the reality of community economic development,according to the customer characteristics and service needs of different communities,product design and service innovation are carried out according to local conditions.
