Agricultural land resources play an important basic role in the development of agriculture and even the whole social economy.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the demand for construction land has increased dramatically.The contradiction between human and land,represented by the serious shortage of agricultural land resources,especially arable land resources,has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the per capita land use of rural residential areas in China is too large,showing a state of extensive utilization.In this case,reclamation of idle rural settlements is not only an effective way to increase arable land,but also an important means to promote the construction of new countryside,which is of great significance.Through reclamation of rural residential areas,a solid backing of land resources is established to promote the overall construction of a new socialist countryside,which faces many new problems.In this paper,Fuping County Dajiaochang rural residential land reclamation theory and case study.Based on the background,significance and research progress of rural residential land reclamation,this paper uses scientific methods to carry out feasibility analysis on the topographic gradient,water and soil resources conditions and traffic conditions of the project area.Combining with the feasibility analysis results of land reclamation,this paper puts forward the design scheme of rural residential land reclamation in Dajiaochang Village,Fuping County,and makes benefit analysis on the newly added cultivated land.The main results are as follows:(1)This paper chooses four indicators of terrain gradient,water resource condition,soil resource condition and traffic condition to analyze the feasibility of residential area reclamation in the study area,among which DEM is used to analyze the terrain gradient of the project area.It is concluded that the terrain gradient area of Dajiachang less than 2degrees accounts for 40.21%;although the terrain gradient of Yangjiazhuang area is less than 2 degrees,only 9.91%,but 2-6 degrees and 6 degrees.The slope of-15 degree topography occupies 37.02%and 35.95%of the total area respectively;the slope of Dizigou 6-15 degree topography occupies 65.70%of the total area;the slope of Hujiaying area and Guandi area mainly occupies 6-15 degree,accounting for 47.99%and 47.34%respectively.From the analysis of the slope situation of the whole project area,it can be seen that the overall slope of the project area is less than 25 degree,which can meet the reclamation requirements.Quantitative analysis method is used to calculate and analyze the supply and demand of water and soil resources in the project area.It is concluded that the total water supply of each unit in the project area is 6.41×10~4 m~3 larger than the water demand of 4.63×10~4 m~3,which can meet the crop growth demand,and the total soil demand of the project area is 95568 m~3 smaller than the soil supply of 99200 m~3.ArcGIS is used to make buffer zone for rural residential roads in the project area and make quantitative and comprehensive analysis of the scores,and the traffic condition grades of each unit are obtained.Except for a few remote areas,the traffic condition grades of most areas are first and second;the traffic condition grades of Yangjiazhuang,Dizigou and Hujiaying are all first and second;They are all equal.It shows that the traffic conditions in the project area can ensure the smooth progress of land farming.(2)Based on the feasibility analysis of land reclamation and the actual situation of field survey,the reasonable land reclamation design scheme is determined through land leveling,irrigation and field road engineering measures.Land leveling project includes demolition,clearance and landfill of buildings.Horizontal terrace engineering design is selected in the project area and the project is divided into 51 fields according to the elevation of the fields.The triangular network method is used to calculate the total amount of land leveling earthwork of 58493 m~3.Four new planned wells are added in the irrigation project.The location of the wells is determined by the calculation of the controlled area of the wells and on-site survey.One,for irrigation convenience,set up 4252m water pipeline,7 submersible pumps,4 gate valve wells,6 drainage wells,3 transformers,2823m high-voltage lines and 758m low-voltage lines;5 roads were built in the field road engineering,a total of 3083m,including two production roads,a total of 1953m in length;3 field roads,a total of 1130m in length.After the design of land reclamation scheme,the area of new cultivated land was 15.9285 hm~2,and the rate of new cultivated land was96.44%.(3)Through the analysis of social,economic and ecological benefits of the project area after land reclamation,we can see that the implementation of this project can produce good ecological and social benefits.It achieves the unity of social benefit,economic benefit and ecological benefit,and conforms to the goal of land consolidation.The plan is feasible and can promote the development of local agricultural economy.After the implementation of the project,the net income of the project is 1316.49 million yuan,the input-output ratio is 2.40%,and the return on investment is 0.81%.In this paper,the feasibility of land reclamation in the project area is analyzed in depth,and a more reasonable design scheme of rural residential land reclamation in Dajiaochang Village of Fuping County is put forward,which provides a scientific basis for rational development and utilization of land and maintaining the dynamic balance of cultivated land.
