Research On The Diversified Management Strategy Of Yitai Group

This paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge from the aspects of strategic management,diversification strategy and diversification business combination.On this basis,it analyzes the environment faced by Yitai Group from macro environment,industry environment,industry development trend,industry competition,key success factors and industry chain,and from internal resources,internal capabilities and core competition.The internal environment of Yitai group was analyzed.This paper introduces the diversified operation of Yitai Group from the aspects of coal business,storage and transportation business,coal chemical industry and home purchase business.Relying on the financial reports of Yitai Group over the years and taking the diversification strategy as the leading factor,this paper applies PEST analysis,Boston matrix and SWOT analysis tools to comprehensively analyze Yitai Group and puts forward that Yitai Group should be based on coal industry;opening passenger dedicated line;shrinkage,stripping and liquidation strategy;integration of coal production,coal chemical industry and coal-based oil production;establishment of Agro-Animal husbandry eco-tourism leisure industry chain;upgrading logistics storage industry chain;and industrial chain of labor insurance products manufacturing.From the aspects of human resources,strategic control system,product diversification,market diversification,capital diversification and Investment Regional diversification,this paper puts forward the guarantee for the implementation of Yitai Group's diversification strategy.
