This paper mainly studies the application of risk management in the production process of KM waterworks.Water is the source of life,the lifeline of a city,the irreplaceable non-renewable resource of any other material.As the core water treatment link in the urban water supply system,the waterworks directly determine the quality of urban water supply.Good water quality assurance is an important sign that reflects the level of urban development,is also the inevitable requirement of citizens' healthy life.Kunming is one of the cities with water shortage in China.It is of great significance to manage the risk during the production process of KM waterworks for the water quality safety of KM.In this paper,according to the requirements of the risk management system,risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control are the three steps in order to study the risks in the production process of KM waterworks.First of all,according to the characteristics of the KM tap water production and the production process,the risk tree analysis brainstorming method is adopted Delphi method,etc.,according to the mixed reaction precipitation filtration sterilization four tap water production process from 5M1 E method is used to identify the risk from six aspects,and establish the risk tree water plant production process risk segmentation.Second,from the "severity" and "possibility" "measurable" three dimensions,adopt expert investigation method to the risk of the assignment,and build FMEA failure mode for quantitative risk analysis,risk according to the size of the risk priority number is divided into four levels,and then from the Angle of the quantitative analysis of KM waterworks relative influence degree of each risk factor in the process of production.Finally,according to the results of risk analysis and risk assessment,risk avoidance,risk transfer and risk reduction were respectively adopted to study the control measures of various risks in the production process of KM waterworks and verify the control effect.
