With the rapid development of China's market economy,modern logistics has become an important factor which can deeply affect the operation of the national economy.However,in the logistics,especially the road freight,there always exists some problems such as “small,scattered,chaotic,and poor”.High transportation costs,asymmetric information,difficult capital flows,and low efficiency have become the bottleneck in the development of the industry.With the development of modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things,Cloud computing,Big data,and mobile Internet in various application fields,China's logistics industry has ushered in a new opportunity for development.The informatization,transparency,standardization,intensification of intelligent logistics construction has become the development goal in the new stage.So that the current extensive business model and low degree of informatization can be solved,eliminate the island phenomenon of logistics companies in the supply chain.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the research from domestic and abroad,this thesis combs the capacity optimization control method based on intelligent optimization algorithm,and adopts a combination of theoretical research and case analysis.In terms of theoretical research,an intelligent capacity model based on Big data was proposed.In terms of case analysis,based on the operational data of Transfar Logistics and YunManMan,the application of intelligent capacity model is used to explore new ideas for the reform of highway logistics model.This thesis is mainly conducted from the following two aspects:(1)From the perspective of application research,according to the detailed classification of road freight information,to solving a series of problems such as “asymmetric information” and “matching of supply and demand” which are existed in the process of cargo information transaction,the accurate portraits of “dynamic” and “static” properties for transport resources would be established.So that precise matching of information can also be achieved,and the accuracy and efficiency of vehicle scheduling will be greatly improved.Based on this,combined with the intelligent matching of other road freight information,the intelligent capacity model based on big data was jointly constructed.(2)From the perspective of case analysis,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the Domestic Transportation Management(DTM)model under pure internet and the DTM model with nodes,the model of pure Internet + physical network node layout as an upgrade model for the future logistics has been proposed.So that the complementary integration of the physical capacity pool and the carrier platform can be achieved,it is more conducive to the solution of the fragmentation and loading optimization of scattered goods.Finally,relevant lifting strategies are proposed for the difficulties in the concentration process of the industry's transportation capacity.This thesis studies how to achieve the goal of horizontal integration of the logistics industry and realize cost reduction and efficiency improvement through pattern evolution and improve the logistics company's operational efficiency.In order to explore the future,the upgrade of highway logistics industry based on the mobile internet industry will provide reference for the upgrade.
