The 13th Five-year Plan has provided a broad space for development of information service industry,mobile Internet application spread fast and mobile Internet access traffic is growing rapidly;However,traditional voice business and short message service have been further weakened by the impact of Internet application,and the gap between revenue and total growth of communication business has been further widened.Virtual operators found their direction of development,after 4 years of pilot program,making full use of the physical channel,Internet content and application of industry background advantages,exploring new forms of online fusion.Mainstream Internet companies,BATJ for example,have nearly 60% of the revenue growth,on the bright contrast,the traditional telecommunication operators which are profiteering industry ten years ago,develop to small profit industry.Although the number of mobile users is still maintained a fast growth,but the gap narrows between each other,competition between operators around the user card slot is very fierce,and competition efficiency of products and entity channels declined obviously.As the new charges developed continuously,such as unlimited packages and the long-distance roaming free,the competition option is less and less.Measures to cope with competition,reducing price or improving physical channel size and share,are unsustainable.Based on competition theory,the analysis of the communications indus try evolution process and industry characteristics,six force model was used to study the communications industry competitive power.Based on the Hotelling model,finding influence factors about the cooperation of telecommunication operators and Internet platform enterprise.And according to the management status and existing problems of J communication enterprise,using the SWOT analysis method developed the value enhancement strategy to help J communication enterprise improve market share and achieve volume and revenue growth.
