A Study On The Branch Layout Of China Construction Bank Jiangning Branch

As the main way for the bank to face the customers,bank outlets have been the extension of business operation platform and information tentacle on which commercial banks have developed.Electronic banking settlement progress reduces transaction costs,greatly reducing the processing time of the test of bank network layout and business,but the current electronic banking business risk control problems still exist,so the operation of complex financial products and the cash business still need physical outlets,the status and role of physical outlets is more prominent.In recent years,with the transformation of commercial banks' shareholding system and business strategy,the competition between banks has been further increased.The layout of many commercial banks has been expanding blindly.This paper combined with the author in the Jiangning branch of China Construction Bank's experience,the Jiangning branch of China Construction Bank branches layout as the research object,firstly based on the related researches of scholars at home and abroad,reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge;then,introducing the present status of branches layout of Jiangning branch of China Construction Bank;after the Jiangning branch of China Construction Bank branch layout analysis of problems,putting forward some corresponding suggestions on Optimization Strategy of business network layout.
