| In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology such as Internet finance and mobile payments,customers’ consumption habits have undergone a fundamental change.Bank of China S Branch,as a pioneer in the system,has shown a good development trend for many years,but in the face of rapid iteration of science and technology,it also urgently needs to adjust its outlet layout strategy to cope with fierce market competition.This paper summarizes the research results of physical outlet layout of commercial banks at home and abroad,sorts out the current outlet layout status of Bank of China S Branch,and uses the Malmquist total factor production index to evaluate the outlet layout efficiency of Bank of China S branch.The results show that The branch layout efficiency of Bank of China S branch is in a leading position in the system.In recent years,the branch layout efficiency has been improved to a certain extent.However,analyzing the current status of its outlets,there are still three major problems in the area of regional outlets,such as imbalanced resource input,the old-fashioned managerial concept,and the need to optimize outlet construction processes.In order to more accurately identify the factors that affect the efficiency of the branch layout of Bank of China S branch,this paper conducts an empirical study using the Tobit regression model.The results show that among the factors affecting its layout efficiency,the market concentration of other commercial banks in the region,the degree of customer development of regional outlets,the business area of regional outlets,and the needs of surrounding customers have no significant impact on the efficiency of its outlet layout.Compared with the regional branch financial innovation power and the branch layout efficiency has a positive correlation,the regional branch cross-regional degree and regional branch counter service transaction number and the branch layout efficiency have a negative correlation.Based on the analysis of this article,it puts forward suggestions to optimize the organizational structure,keep up with regional economic and industry trends,and actively promote the development of innovative technologies.It also recommends the establishment of a reasonable outlet assessment and resource allocation system and supporting personalized product customization. |
