Construction And Application Of Green Quality Management Evaluation System For Y Pipeline Project

In the process of urban development,the most basic and key resource is water resources,and in the ecological environment of urban construction,water environment is an extremely important component.With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid expansion of urban population,the contradiction between supply and demand of water is becoming increasingly acute.Especially in the villages in the city,the water loss is very serious and the water safety is worrying because of the long age of pipe network pipe,the serious corrosion of the pipeline aging,the shortage of maintenance investment and the lack of scientific and rational layout.As a hundred years water supply enterprise in this city,Y company is to solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of water for the citizens and solve the water supply safety of the residents in the city.Due to historical reasons and rapid urban development,Y company in the former village water supply construction projects in the past most of the recent planning design,construction quality management is not in place,without considering long-term development,in addition to the urban village population density and water function changes,leading to some area pipeline overload operation,pipe burst leakage and two times Pollution,water shortage and pressure drop occur frequently,which brings great economic losses to enterprises.In the enterprise,quality management mainly includes cost control,project quality management,and many other aspects.Among them,the project quality management is the core of the overall quality management system,and is also the main object of this study.Based on the literature of the quality management of water supply renovation project,this paper uses the method of literature analysis to study the quality management of the project of Y in the S village of city as an example.On the basis of the sustainable development strategy,combined with the new concept of green construction quality control,the system analysis method is used to analyze the status of the village water supply renovation project in S Village and the imperfect quality management of the project,the construction design data is not enough,the construction environment is not standard,the construction item is not standardized.The reasons for the lack of quality inspection and so on,and put forward the safeguard measures and suggestions for the green quality management of the urban village water supply project transformation project.By constructing a green quality management evaluation system suitable for Y company's pipeline project,empirical Analysis on quality management research of S city village water supply renovation project.This study hopes to provide some reference and Countermeasures for the quality management of Y company project,and contribute to the win-win situation of energy saving and consumption reduction,economic benefit and the protection of the water of the village residents in the city.
