Research Reconstruction Of The Village To Promote The City

In recent year, with the development of economy, the process of urbanization has been sped up. Many"city village"are existing in some more developed city because of the dual ownership of land in the urbanization process ."City village"are often located in the center of the city,therefore the value of the land is very high.However, the environment around the"city village"is"dirty, chaotic and poor,"To some extent, this leads to a waste of land that owns higher value, meanwhile"city village"cause a comparatively great pressure to the resource and environment. Finally it will hinder the sustainable development of the city. In order to sustain the city's development and maximize the social value, more and more local authorities determined to reform"city village". Attracted by the profits from reformation of"city village", real estate developer involved in this reformation. Villagers of"city village"also asked to take actions because of their needs to improve their living standard and maximize the personal benefits. Especially, reformation of"city village"is becoming a social issue got more attention in the more developed area.Based on the combination of urban theory and urban sustainable development ,this study elaborates the necessity of the transformation of"city village"in Shenzhen, then through analyzing the formation , status and characteristics of"city village", explains the existing problems.The"city village"has been a hindrance in the process of urbanization and the sustainable development for Shenzhen, therefore, the transformation of"city village"has real needs and the urgency. Based on the related policies and regulations in the settlement of Shenzhen"city village", the Reconstruction of Shenzhen"city village"updated types are classified,that kind of city comprehensive treatment update function in class urban renewal, demolition, redevelopment and urban renewal class and described the four class-led transformation of the city, that is government-led , developer-led, the village collective dominant and mixed type, etc., while the advantages and disadvantages of these four class models were described, respectively. Combined with my full participation of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Tian Xia's successful stories of this old village transformation,the article explained Tian Xia villagers'"homestead stake, the village collective guidance" of the revelation brought by Reconstruction of the Village model. Finally, I integrated the theory and practice, sums up the existing problems in Shenzhen's Reconstruction of the Village and make the related strategies and proposal for the Reconstruction of Village.This article highlights the combination of my financial professionals engaged in corporate credit business in Shenzhen. As the needs of business cooperation, I am honored to take part in the Tian Xia, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, old villages transformation process, and our bank released the first document Tian Xia old villages improvement loan to Tin Ha company , taking concrete actions to support the transformation of"city village", and succeeded to achieve a win-win situation of both banks and enterprises. It also focus on practical case proved that as long as practical, creative, not afraid of difficulties, appropriate measures can be achieved successfully the Reconstruction of Village.
