In recent years,with the slowing down of the national urbanization process,the Chinese real estate industry has entered a period of calm.Real estate enterprises need to actively adjust their strategies and seek breakthroughs.On the one hand,real estate companies can continuously enhance their core competitiveness,strengthen product differentiation,and constantly launch products with unique advantages.On the other hand,real estate companies should also focus on marketing innovation,continuously explore marketing models and methods that are suitable for the market and customer needs,and increase market share and customer loyalty.In addition,real estate companies need to strengthen brand building,establish a good brand image,and improve consumer awareness and trust in the brand.In their operations,real estate companies should also focus on customer relationship management,strengthen customer service and care,improve customer satisfaction and reputation,thereby enhancing customer loyalty and competitiveness in the market.Currently,there are many scholars and professionals in the academic community studying real estate market marketing.This article aims to design a customer satisfaction survey questionnaire for the LC real estate project,based on the theoretical and literature review of marketing and customer satisfaction in domestic and foreign markets.The survey will be conducted in the form of a questionnaire for the project’s customers.The survey results will be analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation methods to identify the key factors that influence customer satisfaction in the LC real estate project.Based on these factors and the project’s actual situation,targeted marketing strategies will be proposed to optimize the project’s sales performance.
