Business Plan For Zhong Xing Hua Company Of Digital Home Industrial Base Project

Construction of "digital home" is an important task for the construction of national informatization.Based on policy made by government in Guangdong province and Shenzhen,government is support and promote companies to create " home network and multiple business platform " as the core content of the second generation of digital home,in order to increase consumption market.Based on the analysis of the policy,Zhong XingHua Company come up with an idea to establish an "incubator" of digital home industry.At the same time,the project is supportted by "digital home country place joint engineering laboratory".The project proposal is mainly based on market survey and project field research to carry out the feasibility analysis of the "Zhong Xing Hua digital family industry incubator project".First of all,the project plan based on the existing literature review to sort out the reasearches of "digital home","incubator","business plan".Then project plan describes the present situation of the project and investment companies.The third part in the project,we analyze the internal and external environment of the project,in which we complete a PEST analysis,porter five model analysis,project internal environment analysis,and SWOT analysis.Then,after studying the development trend of digital home industry,we analyze the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of the existing project unit.Based on the previous analysis,this project aims to be a professional incubator,which mainly provides professional services for customers.Meanwhile,the incubator plans to introduce mobile financial supermarkets.In addition,this project is cooperating with the laboratory of sun yat-sen university,and the national joint engineering laboratory for digital family interaction is built in the park.The goal of the project is to create a one-stop and open incubator carrier that integrates science and technology project incubation,start-up office,professional service resources and fund creation.In addition,the project has formulated the project construction plan and completed the project's profitability and solvency analysis,which shows that the profit of this project is better.Finally,the project has completed the risk identification and analysis to provide guarantee for the effective implementation of the project.
