Research On Performance Evaluation Of Business Incubator Network Based On Support Vector Machine

In our current environmental conditions, a single business incubator in the resourceintegration capacity is weak, and services with limited resources, there are serious conflictsbetween diversity and infinite nature of the growing needs of the scientific and technologicalenterprises, therefore, research business incubator network on how to build the relationshipbetween members of the network and the performance evaluation, which have an importantreference and application value for the construction and development of China’s regional businessincubator network.Because of failing to build a complete index system of business incubators and the difficultyof collecting the relevant data, for a long time, the study in theoretical approach of the businessincubator performance evaluation is not in-depth. How to evaluate the performance of theincubator, the academia remains undetermined, especially on the enterprise incubationperformance evaluation of the network, it is little studied. The paper will be business incubatornetwork is constructed as an entry point, in the use of econometric models of quantitativeevaluation of enterprise incubator network performance made an attempt to work.First of all, the paper defined the related concept of business incubators, reviewed researchprogress about business incubators at home and abroad, and analyzed the theoretical approach ofthe evaluation of the performance of business incubators. On the basis of the theory of systemsanalysis, the paper study in building business incubators network build, network structure, and therelationship of the members of the network. Secondly, the paper using questionnaires, expertadvice and literature for reference and other methods to establish a comprehensive performanceevaluation, and use of principal component analysis to optimization and screening of theevaluation index system. Then, in the use of support vector machine, the paper comprehensiveevaluate the performance evaluation of business incubator network of Guangzhou DevelopmentZone, and proposed the corresponding recommendations. Lastly, on the basis of the above studies,the paper summarizes the relevant conclusions of the construction and performance evaluationabout business incubator network.
