Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Internet Agriculture Development In Rong County,Sichuan Province

As Chinese governments at all levels pay more and more attention to "Internet +agriculture ",especially the rural revitalization strategy formulated by the 19 th CPC national congress,internet technology has been applied more and more widely in agriculture.Internet and agriculture have been further integrated and developed,and various regions have been exploring the suitable development path of "Internet +agriculture ",which has promoted the stable development of agricultural economy.Rong County is a big agricultural county in Sichuan province.The rich agricultural resource conditions of Rong County provide excellent product guarantee for the development of rural e-commerce.Rong County government and agricultural enterprises have actively promoted the development of "Internet + agriculture ",and created the "DaRongHe" and e-commerce mode in Rong County.The "Internet + agricultural " development in Rong County has achieved certain results.Based on the reality of "Internet +agriculture" in Rong County,this paper expounded the related concepts of "Internet +" and "Internet +agriculture " respectively and made an in-depth study and analysis of the "Internet +",the current situation of agriculture and the development status of "Internet +agriculture" in Rong County by using literature research,statistical analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,and combining the transformation of traditional agricultural theory,induced technological change theory,changing-phase development of agriculture theory,platform economic theory.This paper found that the "Internet +agriculture " development in Rong County still has problems such as weak infrastructure,insufficient overall planning,low overall level,lack of conceptual awareness,feasibility of policies,lack of professionals,lagging logistics construction,lack of standards for agricultural products industry and other issues.Through learning the "Internet +agricultural " development practices in the United States and Japan and domestic "Internet+" agricultural typical case practice enlightenment in Beijing,Shanghai and Anhui,this paper put forward Rong County's "Internet + agriculture" strategy such as the implementation of the government's overall plan with the introduction of the "Internet +agriculture" development plan in Rong County,aiming at improving the farmers' culture,technology and operation ability,building a new type of professional farmer team,introducing and cultivating the "Internet + agriculture" professionals with the talent policy and equity incentive as the method,strengthening the construction of the Internet infrastructure guided by capital investment,improving and promoting the "DaRongHe" mode,setting up the agricultural product quality standard system,and improving the rural logistics system,and so on.
