Research On The Cultivating Model Of Economic Growth Pole Of Gansu

Since 1990,China’s e-commerce practice is deepening,not only to learn the advantages of the international e-commerce development,but also to mix the characteristics of China ’ s economic development together pertinently.This kind of development mode not only benefits a lot to the e-commerce,but also optimizes the market environment in our country,stimulates economic vitality in all walks of life,promotes e-commerce to be the economic hot words,make e-commerce to be the emphasis that various industries study and imitate.All of this makes both e-commerce and industries develop together,especially in recent years,represented by eastern developed areas,e-commerce has strong momentum of development,and serves the entity industries effectively,so as to let the view about e-commerce boom and the entity industries downturn prevail.By contrast,geographical environment,information technology,market structure,infrastructure and other factors constrain economic development in Gansu,resulting in the inefficiency of development of e-commerce,hindering the development of other industries,and reducing the opportunity of other industries to provide practice base for e-commerce.Additionally,by the impact of e-commerce,the entity industries already appear weaknesses and shortcomings.To reverse and improve the development path of the entity industries,All areas can’t make economic growth pole focus onthe traditional resource and manufacturing industry,shouldn’t make the traditional development mode as the mainstream development mode In the high-tech environment.Instead we should actively foster the use of high-tech information technology in different sectors,and choose the industry or industries which have development potential,continue to input advantage elements to cultivate them to be regional growth pole,to exert a significant driving force of information technology for the entity industries.Especially considered Gansu as a representative for the less developed areas,if Gansu do not attach importance on IT,Unable to make full use of advanced technology.So it will make economic development into a passive situation,and widen economic gap between Gansu and developed areas.E-commerce representing the practical application of high-tech information technology,it’s an economic and technology development trend which merges e-commerce with other industries,and this will be an opportunity for Gansu economic development.In this paper,Gansu e-commerce and other industries as the research object,Selecting 2014 economic data,on the basis of the level of development of e-commerce and other industries by using quantitative analysis method,exploring the effective mode which could merges e-commerce with other industries,building e-commerce platform for various industries,and improving the efficiency of its development,tocultivate this development mode as a regional economic growth pole ultimately.The results show that e-commerce development at a low level,and uneven development of all industries.Therefore,for such economy characteristics,the development mode is constructed for e-commerce and industries.Then choosing three different industries,merging e-commerce with other industries under the guidance of the mode,demonstrate the feasibility and effect of development of various industries on the platform of e-commerce.In the end,this paper will propose effective ways to perfect this development mode from different angles.
