Construction projects have the characteristics of large investment,long cycle,high technical requirements and complex system.Therefore,there are great risks in the whole construction process.This requires ent erprises to raise risk awareness,identify risks,manage risks,control risks,and minimize risks to ensure the normal operation of the project.The rise of risk management is a product of the tremendous changes in the international competitive environment,major adjustments in the market structure,the strong demand for change by the company itself,and the important transformation of the economic shape.In the new competitive environment of economic globalization and rapid development of technology,risk management has become one of the important ways for various established companies to pursue rejuvenation and gain sustainable competitive advantage.This paper starts with the risk management theory and process and combines the factor analysis method with the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of a construction project of a company in the United Arab Emirates.The research draws the risks of the construction project,analyzes and evaluates them,so as to formulate risk response strategies and measures,reduce risks and improve the risk response mechanism.According to the research,the construction project has the following five risks in the construction phase: economic risk,management risk,technical risk,n atural risk and construction risk.Thereby improve the company's risk resilience,reduce the occurrence of risks and improve corporate profits.Make engineering construction projects proceed in an orderly manner,increase profits,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
