Generally, international projects have complex project goal, confused relations between departments and between the before and the after processes, and variable engineering environment. Along with our country's strategy of going out in-depth and the needs of development of domestic engineering companies, many domestic engineering companies turn to market overseas, gradually participate in the competition of international engineering projects, and have achieved good position. However, they also face huge losses dilemma due to lack of master of engineering project environmental master. Therefore, it is very necessary to make a further study of international engineering project risk factors, build scientific feasible international engineering project risk management system to circumvent the risk of project engineering domestic enterprises and to expand the international market.This paper researches the international engineering project risk management systematically on the basis of relating to a large number of literatures at home and abroad, referring to the relatively mature universal theories and methods of risk management for international engineering projects. First, it analyzes and compares methods of international engineering project risk factors identification, analysis and evaluation, and summarizes characteristics and the general work steps, and the establishment of project risk management measures. For defects of common methods, the paper builds the international engineering project risk evaluation method based on FAHP by using the fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and also discusses the measures should be taken in risk factors management.Finally, taking Uzbekistan highway engineering project as an example, it verifies the applicability of FAHP in international engineering project risk management. the empirical shows the feasibility and rationality of FAHP in international engineering project risk management. It hopes to give help and reference for domestic engineering enterprises to exploit international market and improve the capacity of project risk management and control.
