Research On Issues And Countermeasures Of Developing Global Tourism In Changsha County

Changsha County is rich in tourism resources,has many advantages and development opportunities,also has formed a good development foundation.This paper analyses the advantages and opportunities of tourism in Changsha County,and finds that it has significant advantages in location,resources and services,as well as market opportunities and policy opportunities.These internal advantages and external opportunities can lay a strong foundation for the development of tourism in Changsha County.However,there are still some problems in the development of tourism in Changsha County,including imperfect management system and operation mechanism,weak infrastructure,unreasonable planning of tourism resources,low integration of tourism industry,lack of professionals and so on.The reasons for these problems include the inertia of the traditional development model of tourism,the bias of government resources input under the existing industrial development model,the weak guidance of the top-level design of county development,the departmentalism of departments and townships,the failure of personnel training and introduction system.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including improving the management system and operation mechanism,strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing tourism resources planning,enhancing the integration of tourism industry,strengthening the construction of talent team,which aim at promoting the development of Changsha County's global tourism.
