Study On The Financial Disclosure Of Village Level In Liutiangezhuang Town Of Lulong

The village financial publicity is a part of the village collective organization,which is an important part of the village collective economy.The realization of democratic autonomy at the grass-roots level in rural areas needs to be realized through the open of village level financial disclosure.Whether the village level financial disclosure work is good or bad affects many aspects.It can be to promote rural democratic construction,to improve the relationship between cadres and the masses,to maintain rural stability,to strengthen the management of village affairs,and to improve the level of rural management.Based on the theory and practice of village-level financial disclosure at home and abroad,this paper takes Liutiangezhuang Town of Lulong County as a specific sample case,finds out the problems,clarifies the reasons,combs the countermeasures,and promotes the village-level financial disclosure.The further improvement and development of the theory will provide some optimized ideas and references for the orderly development of village collective financial disclosure.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research,and studies the status and problems of village-level financial disclosure in Liutiangezhuang,Lulong County.The paper deeply analyzes the present situation of village financial disclosure in each village of Liutiangezhuang,and obtains the analysis results by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the questionnaires.Through the results,we find that the villagers' satisfaction is not very satisfactory,which proves that there are still some problems in the work of village financial disclosure in Liutiangezhuang.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the village-level financial disclosure in Liutiangezhuang,and points out that the main problems are the contents,forms and procedures of financial disclosure are not standardized,the legal mechanism of financial disclosure is not sound,supervision and support is not enough,and the enthusiasm of staff is not high.This paper makes a deep thinking and analysis on the causes of these problems.The main reason is the neglect of procedures,loopholes in the system,absence of supervision and errors in thought.Combined with the specific work situation,four optimization suggestions are put forward,standardizing the content,form and procedure of financial disclosure,perfecting the financial disclosure system and law,perfecting the supervision and support mechanism of financial disclosure,and mobilizing the enthusiasm of various parties.
