Research On Countermeasures For Creating High-end International Conference Destinations Based On The Government's Perspective

The holding of high-end international conferences is an important indicator to measure the degree of internationalization of a city,and it is also an indispensable and powerful support for building an international city.The G20 summit was successfully held,which effectively promoted Hangzhou's urban development level and improved its international reputation and reputation.Recently,the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government proposed to create a world famous city with “Unique charm” and to create a high-end international conference destination as an important starting point and carrier for city internationalization.Therefore,it is more realistic to take Hangzhou as an example to promote urban internationalization,and study how to build high-end international conference destinations from the perspective of government.This article is guided by conference industry related theories,customer perceived value theory,regional economics related theories,life cycle theory,and government function exercise related theories,combined with the current status of the development of high-end international conference destinations,learning from domestic and international A representative high-end international conference destination city development experience,summarizing the development commonality of high-end international conference destinations,using SWOT analysis method to summarize the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the local government's perspective,the identification of entry points for the improvement of the level of Hangzhou's urban internationalization,and the enrichment of studies on the development of high-end international conference destination cities.
