Research On The PPP Model Of Industrial Generic Technology Supply

The level of industrial generic technology determines the level of industrial competitiveness.Therefore,the developed countries have put a very important position on solving the generic technology problems of industry and improving the ability of the industrial generic technology supply.In 2011,the Obama administration put forward the plan of "advanced manufacturing partners",adopting PPP model to promote the development of generic technology in the manufacturing industry of the United States.Subsequently,countries have also proposed a strategic plan to promote the research and development of domestic industrial generic technologies,such as the 5GPPP of the EU,Cenit of Spain,and SHOK in Finland,which are the typical applications of PPP in the field of generic technology research and development.At present,our country is in the critical period of economic transformation and industrial upgrading,and urgent demands for breakthroughs in industrial generic technology are put forward.However,the supply failure of industrial generic technology restricts the quality and efficiency of China's industrial generic technology supply,which seriously restricts the international competitiveness of China's industry.It is necessary for our country to adopt the PPP model to promote the research and development of industrial generic technology,and to improve the quality and efficiency of the industrial generic technology supply.In this context,it is of great practical significance to study the construction of the PPP model of industry generic technology supply and to explore its operating mechanism.It is of great practical significance to speed up the innovation of industrial generic technology in China,improve our industrial technology level and enhance the international competitiveness of industry.On the basis of related research,this thesis analyzes the main body,the influencing factors and the construction principles of the PPP model of the industrial generic technology supply,and then constructs the PPP model of the industrial generic technology supply,and analyzes its operating mechanism.The thesis is divided into four parts,a total of six chapters.The first part is the first and second chapter,which is the theoretical part of this thesis.Combining the domestic and international PPP model and industrial generic technology theory research results and practical exploration experience,the connotation of PPP model and industrial generic technology is defined.From the application process of PPP model,the theoretical origin of industrial generic technology public-private partnership is traced.The third chapter is the second part of this thesis.On the basis of the analysis of the main body,the influencing factors and the construction principles of the PPP model of the industrial generic technology supply,the theoretical model of the PPP model of the industrial generic technology supply is constructed,and the mechanism of its action is analyzed.The fourth part is the fourth and fifth chapter.It analyzes the key operation mechanism of the PPP model of industrial generic technology supply,analyzes the investment operation mechanism of the PPP model of industrial generic technology and the equilibrium mechanism of investor interests by using the game model.Combined with the game results,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the better operation of the PPP mode of industrial generic technology.The fourth part is the summary and prospect of the full thesis.
