Study On Supplying Mechanism Of Industrial Generic Technology From The View Of After-advantage

Since reform and opening up, china makes extremely great significance, and its rapid growth has caught the world's attention. Meanwhile people are increasingly aware of China's economic competitiveness which is restricted in the international stage. The reason is lacking of technology ,particularly insufficient innovation capability and generic technologies supply capacity. With the advent of new century, developing and enhancing our industry and maintaining long-term competitive advantages depend on the ability of independent innovation. Generic technology is the development of the pillar industries. The State Council issued the "national long-term scientific and technological development program for"2006-2020": the guiding principle of the next 15 years Technological development is : innovation, key areas leapfrog, development supporting and future leading, which, development supporting means focusing on major breakthroughs of radical,generic technology, supporting economic development .it is the immediate and urgent needs to the sustainable development. And note that the four principles are the priority themes. Among The two first helps to grasp radical technologies and generic technologies and increase their core competitiveness; Second, it helps to solve major nonprofit technology and improve public services. So Generic Technology'development has been top of the agenda。This paper writes the generic technology industry's basic characteristics, studies the relation between industrial generic technology and technology life cycle, and also study industry supply-side policy experience of Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea in generic technology. On this basis, in view of the supply problems of generic technology in our country, I make a discussion of our industrial generic technology's modes of supply.
