| As China's socialist construction has entered a new era,people's material life has been greatly improved and the quality of life is increasingly demanded.More and more people choose to travel to relax themselves every year.On the other hand,China's economy is making great progress in its economic transformation.The industrial structure is constantly being rationalized and upgraded.Under such circumstances,the national policy is inclined to the tourism industry,and the tourism industry has achieved rapid development.However,with the rapid development of the tourism industry,the phenomenon of unscientific,unbalanced and inadequate development of the tourism industry still exists.The tourism industry has huge investment,single investment subject,extensive coverage,and slow yield to effect,which still restricts the development of the industry.In this case,as a highly recognized and mature financing mode in the international community,BOT mode can solve these problems in tourism development projects.BOT mode refers to the government through the bidding to determine project enterprise in line with expectations,signed an agreement with the winning companies,paid for by the winning companies responsible for the construction and operation of the project,the winning companies relying on the project during the charter period of operating profit to recover the cost and profit,until the expiry of the charter the project in accordance with the agreement to return to the government.In this paper,starting from the basic theory of the BOT mode and its risk management,and carding the basic theory of knowledge system,combining linzhang BOT mode of tourism development projects,the common risk factors in the recognition of its development,the level of risk model is constructed,to calculate the weights of various risk factors,and put forward the corresponding avoidance measures against the risk factors.Hope to help BOT financing mode to run smoothly and healthily on the tourism development project. |
