The real estate industry is a pillar industry of China's economic development.It has attracted many attention from the government,society,and people.After more than ten years of rapid growth,it has entered the period of adjustment and control of national policies.In order to curb the rapidly rising housing prices and maintain a stable and healthy sustainable development of the real estate industry,the Chinese government has introduced a series of guiding policies for real estate macro-control.As a state-owned small and medium-sized real estate development company,Tianjin TS Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.faces the severe challenge of continuous squeeze of market and development space under the background of macrocontrol,and has received a very large market impact.Although research on corporate strategy has yielded relatively rich results,these achievements cannot fully meet the needs of TS's growth and expansion.The company urgently needs to develop a corporate strategy that meets its own development to improve its own survival and development capabilities.For TS real estate development companies,there are problems such as low capital turnover,limited financing capacity,lack of trustworthy brand intentions,and lack of innovation in management methods.This paper uses PEST and SWOT analysis methods to analyze the internal environment of the company's organizational structure,personnel status,and operating conditions,as well as Tianjin's social and economic external environment,and summarized the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the company.After clarifying the company's development strategy and the choice of strategy type,the company's professional development was confirmed.Strategy and alliance development strategy,and put forward strategy implementation countermeasures from the company's organizational structure,talent system,and risk control.The results of the study indicate that TS Real Estate Development Company should use the company's good relationship with the government as the basis,make full use of the company's resource advantages in policy housing,continue to strive for the development and construction of affordable housing projects,and actively participate in Tianjin's infrastructure and public facilities.The construction of cultural projects and shantytowns reconstruction,the implementation of specialized corporate strategies,the search for complementary strengths of strategic alliances,and promote corporate health,stability,and good development.
