| Lean management as a way to achieve sustainable development of enterprises is an inevitable choice,has been applied by more and more enterprises.Administrative management as the core of the enterprise’s daily management was ignored for a long time.This thesis integrates the lean management into the enterprise administration and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity through the implementation of the lean management in A Petroleum Administration Bureau,which represents state-owned enterprises.By referring to a large number of research papers and case studies,this thesis integrates the advantages of lean management and the Six Sigma management to analyze and solve the problems of A Petroleum Administration Bureau,while elaborating the origin and the core concept of the two managements.Lean Management is an effective methodology to continuously and systematically achieve process improvement.Combing with the characteristics and situation of the management in A Petroleum Administration Bureau,and then through the staff survey,the study finds that the conference management and logistics management of administrative work needs to be improved immediately.Then,in Chapter 4,this thesis establishes the two lean management projects,and implements it based on the DMAIC model,and compares the situation before and after the projects improvement,ultimately it shows that the project is feasible and highly satisfied.The purpose of this thesis is to free the Administration Department in A Petroleum Administration Bureau which is the service type from a large number of cumbersome,complex and inefficient jobs to improve the efficiency and provide high-quality services.This research provides suggestions and advice for further study of lean management in enterprises,and provides the idea and implementation strategy of lean management for A Petroleum Administration Bureau which is deepening reform.It is valuable for the administrative management reform also. |
