Coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization is an important driving force to promote economic and social development.30 years of reform and opening up,the development of Shandong province urbanization and industrialization has got enormous achievements,the economy and society get the fast development,but there are also some problems,for example,the development of some industry was changed at the expense of the environment.Based on the literatures about new industrialization and new urbanization,this article defines the connotation of new industrialization and new urbanization,constructs the coordinated development evaluation model of weighting distance formula,and promotes the empirical research of coordinated development level of Shandong province,then uses panel data analyze the key factors which impact the coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization.The study finds that there are great space and time disparity of coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization,showing clumped characteristics.Each city exists a wide margin at item score of new industrialization and new urbanization,especially on new factors.Based on the above conclusions,this paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the new industrialization and new urbanization of Shandong province.First,we should make full use of macro-control of the government,combined with the characteristics of their own development,training to personnel;secondly,we should rational use the resources,protect the environment;finally,we should promote the development of new agriculture and information,ensure the economy to achieve good and fast development.
