Research On Agricultural Product Allocation Model Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

With the continuous emergence of new technologies and applications,the supply chain management plays an increasingly important role in the fierce market competition.Especially for the development of agricultural product distribution centers,supply chain coordination has become an inevitable trend.The distribution center is an important means for the modern logistics industry to collect,integrate and coordinate the distribution of resources based on the industry chain affiliates.It is also an important place to provide integrated logistics coordination services for its affiliates based on the supply chain collaboration concept.The agricultural product collection center has the function of a collection center.Some scholars have not formed a more scientific system despite some preliminary research on the first agricultural product collection center.The purpose of this paper is to make a systematic study on the model of agricultural product collection center,to improve people's understanding of the agricultural product collection center,and hope to provide some theoretical references for the development of agricultural product collection center model.By studying the key factors affecting the agricultural product allocation model and combining the relevant theories of supply chain coordination,this paper divides the influencing factors of agricultural product distribution model into four parts:distribution center,information management,service quality and supply chain coordination.After in-depth discussion of the internal relations of various factors,this paper constructs a model of the influencing factors of agricultural product assembly model and proposes hypotheses.The structural equation model is used to conducthypothesis testing,and the influencing factors,influence degree,mutual relationship of agricultural product allocation model,and each aspect are obtained.Contains the weight of the indicator.Then combined with the influence of supply chain synergy on the distribution center of agricultural products,the agricultural product collection model is constructed as processing + distribution + cold chain mode,information system + big data + cloud computing mode,integration of production,supply and marketing + e-commerce mode,standardization + branding mode The agricultural product supply chain synergy model provides a reference for the model selection of Shuanglong Agricultural Products Logistics Park and other agricultural product distribution centers.Finally,based on the established agricultural product allocation model,according to the status quo of Shuanglong Agricultural Products Logistics Park and the development strategy plan of different stages,the application of the phased selection mode of specific examples is put forward,and its safeguard measures are proposed.
