Study On Formation Mechanism About Neighborhood Effect And Space Of Land Transfers

As the most basic production factors in agricultural production,whether land can achieve coordinated development of quantity and quality is the key to rural revitalization.As an individual or family decision behavior,land transfer has strong spatial heterogeneity and spatial dependence.China's countryside is an acquaintance society,and neighborhood effect is one of the key factors affecting individual or family decision behavior.Farmer behavior is greatly influenced by senior members of the neighborhood or by peer behavior of the neighborhood.The main manifestations are as follows: firstly,the need of reduce for risk perception.Secondly,the interdependence of information dissemination.Thirdly,psychological factors,a desire to learn or compete.Fourthly,the interdependence of the constraints on farmers,and the cost of specific behavior depends on the others' behavior.On the other hand,decision behavior can show some macro-characteristics through micro-accumulation effect.This paper divides the mechanism into endogenous effects and exogenous effects between family and neighborhood,or among provinces.Concretely speaking,the mechanism of the neighbourhood effect is discussed Between micro and macro perspectives.From the micro level,Choosing Guizhou Province as the object of investigation and selecting 3 counties and 3 villages as the sample.Because the influence of neighborhood distance is not only the physical distance,but also the social distance,the definition of neighbourhood includes within 50 meters,within 100 meters and the members of a group.Using linear mean model and logit model.From the macro level,each province is regarded as a spatial unit,using Moran's I,Spatial Durbin Model(SDM)and so on.The results show that:(1)The previous studies may exist endogencity bias because of the neglecting of Neighborhood effect.(2)From the micro level,both endogenous and exogenous effects are significant for individual or family decision behavior.(3)From the macro level,the endogenous effect exists but is relatively weak,while the exogenous effect has a significant impact.The formation Mechanism between neighbourhood effect and the space of land transfers mainly includes:Neighborhood effect reduces the risk perception.Neighborhood effect reduces the transaction cost.Neighbourhood effect about custom proto-institution of agricultural land.Neighborhood effect exists knowledge spillover.Neighbourhood effect about labor mobility.Neighbourhood effect about spatial External Effect of supporting agriculture in finance.
