Study On Urban Economic Vitality Evaluation Of Pearl River-Xijiang Economic Belt

As an economic belt across the east-west economic cooperation zone and connecting the "One Belt And One Road",the zhujiang--xijiang economic belt has been promoted to the national development strategy level since 2014.The economic belt includes four cities in guangdong province and seven cities in guangzhou and the west region.The analysis and evaluation of the economic vitality of the cities in the zhujiang--xijiang economic belt can not only accurately locate the current situation of their economic vitality,but also explore the reasons for these differences,which is of guiding significance for further stimulating the economic vitality of cities and realizing regional coordination in sustainable development.Based on this,this article 11 cities in the pearl river-xijiang economic belt as research object,combined with the pearl river,west river economic belt and the actual economic development of city economic vitality index system,USES the comprehensive factor analysis method to the pearl river,west river economic belt city from 2012 to 2016 to measure economic activity,it is concluded that the main factor affecting the economic vitality,and each factor score ranking and total factor score ranking situation,using excel2016 make a line chart to analyze the results.Then according to the empirical results of the impact of factors will be contrastive analysis,and finally put forward to strengthen the pearl river-xijiang economic belt city vitality countermeasures and Suggestions.And draw the following conclusions:First of all,from the economic,human resources,government regulation,industrial enterprises,industrial structure upgrade,private economy and opening to the outside world,residents' life quality,innovation ability and the environment at the beginning of the 10 aspects of selected 19 measure pearl river-xijiang economic belt city economic vigor index,through the principal component analysis(pca),it is concluded that per capita GDP,fiscal spending as a share of GDP,urban residents' disposable income,attend insurance of basic population proportion is the pearl river,west river economic belt city economic vitality of the main factors.Secondly,by weight calculation,it is concluded that the pearl river,west river economic belt in 2012-2016 points factor score and comprehensive factor score ranking,and found that the economic vitality of 11 cities the ranking order of each year,overall economic activity in a rising trend year by year,especially in the fastest growing in the 2014-2016,growth in the past year is more gently,the pearl river-the establishment of the xijiang economic belt to a certain extent,contributed to the enhancement of urban economic vitality.The comprehensive scores of economic vitality of guangzhou and foshan in guangdong province are always in the first and second place,and zhaoqing and yunfu are also in the first six places.Among the seven cities in guangxi,liuzhou and nanning have strong economic vitality,wuzhou has medium economic vitality,and other cities have weak economic vitality.Thirdly,the research results are compared with the research results of yi wei(2016)on the economic vitality of sichuan province to determine whether the factors that influence the economic vitality are consistent.11 cities in the pearl river,west river economic belt of economic vitality composite scores said economic vitality as explanatory variables,using Stata GDP index by regression analysis,financial income,rural residents per capita disposable income of the second industry,the third industry,and has remarkable effect on urban economic vitality and scientific accounts for the proportion of fiscal expenditure had no significant effect on the economic vitality,that scientific accounts for the proportion of fiscal expenditure is not in the pearl river,the main factors that influence the economic vitality of the xijiang economic belt city.Finally,based on the research results,this paper lists the power sources of urban economic vitality in the zhujiang river-xijiang river economic belt and puts forward Suggestions to enhance urban economic vitality.The driving force mainly includes economic growth,innovation,resident income,finance and social security,etc.To enhance the economic vitality of the pearl river and xijiang river,it is necessary to constantly adjust and optimize the industrial structure.We will raise the level of social security and encourage insurance companies to offer preferential and practical products to meet the needs of more residents.We should increase investment in public infrastructure and encourage private and foreign investment while allocating government investment rationally.Improving the economic efficiency of industrial enterprises;Strengthening the opening up of cities;We will create more jobs,increase the income of those who are employed,and increase residents' happiness.So that the city full of vitality,vitality,sustainable economic development.
