The Different Development Of Urban And Rural Integration Evaluation And Countermeasures Research Of Pearl River-xijiang Economic Belt

Along with the rise in the pearl river-xijiang economic zone development "as the national strategy,the pearl river-xijiang economic belt becomes the economic cooperation of connecting between the eastern developed areas and the west undeveloped areas in China.The national spatial development suitability of different regions presents significant spatial heterogeneity,therefore,the driving mechanism that balance urban and rural development and promote the urban-rural integration should be different.Development priority zones with a certain main function is considering some factors,including regional resources environmental carrying capacity,existing development density and development potential grouped by the principle of regional division of labor and coordinated development,It is a major strategic choice to solve China’s regional development disorder.Besides,The Eighteenth National Congress also explicitly proposed the development train of thought that improve policies for regional development,optimize the urban system and adjust the layout of economic in line with the requirement to form development priority zones,which highlight national spatial development of profitability.Therefore,in the process of urban and rural development as a whole in the pearl river-xijiang economic belt,it should establish the path of the urban and rural integration propulsion mechanism and guide the development about local according to its own function orientation to promote the effective integration of urban and rural areas.Based on this,different development priority zones in the pearl river-xijiang economic belt is chosen as study.On the basis of the driving mechanism of urban and rural integration and the analysis of different development priority zones,development priority zones respectively build a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban and rural integration.Through the entropy value method,the coupling degree of development model and empirical models evaluate and identify respectively,such as principal component analysis(pca)in the different development of urban and rural integration development status,trends and main driving force,finally I pLut forward the fit the optimum path of development priority zones of urban and rural integration.and the following conclusions:First of all,the pearl river-xijiang economic belt are believed to be the main development zone by advancing urbanization and industrialization,the industrial spatial agglomeration and policy guarantee,etc.Empirical results found that the coupling development index between urban and rural areas,development degree of coupling and coupling between urban and rural areas are roughly showing a rising trend.The coupling development level is relatively higher than the city county,such as the Baise,Yunfu and Wuzhou,the development degree of coupling between urban and rural areas are higher,but the urban and rural development index is low,which is on the low level of development of coupling.Factor analysis found that they are the key factors of the development of the urban and rural integration,including the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries,the total industrial output value over the scale,investment in fixed assets,the income gap between urban and rural areas.Second,the development zone of the pearl river-xijiang economic belt is the important driving force of urban and rural integration about agricultural producing,agricultural industrialization and modernization.The empirical analysis shows that they are low,ascending slowly and in a state of low coupling about the coupling between urban and rural areas,urban and rural development index coupling and coupling between urban and rural areas development degree of overall level.The proportion of primary industry has a big difference on the coupling development between urban and rural areas in practitioners,rural,side-line and fishery,output value proportion of investment in fixed assets,rural fixed asset investment,urban and rural consumer spending.Third,the pearl river-xijiang economic belt optimization development zone is the important driving force of urban and rural integration,which mainly dominated by optimization promotion,new industrialization and transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Coupling development index and urban and rural city and countryside the development degree of total volatility rise in nearly a decade,increase the interactive effect between urban and rural areas,enhance coordination degree and the situation of the interaction between urban and rural areas.Especially,about industrial economic benefit index,industrial labor survival rate of the whole,every ten thousand people with patent grant and the second and third industry output value proportion variable larger,they influence on the coupling development between urban and rural areas.Based on research results,the author respectively puts forward its main body function of urban and rural integration optimization path of ascension about the pearl river-xijiang economic belt of different development.Among them,the key development zone mainly by advancing the new urbanization and industrialization,speeding up the industrial spatial agglomeration and structure optimization,developing the third industry,absorbing rural surplus labor effectively,speeding up the flow of urban and rural elements and promoting orderly rural population to urban agglomeration to promote urban and rural integration development.To limit development zone should use of regional agricultural resources advantages,and promote traditional agriculture to the characteristic agriculture and urban agriculture and modern agriculture,actively build,"Internet+ agriculture" model of development,constantly promote the industrialization of agriculture,increase farmers’ income,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Optimization of development zone is mainly improving innovation and development ability,to speed up the technical innovation and transformation of city development,optimization improve the function of the city and optimize the pattern of economic development,at the same time,it change the development of low-carbon economy,optimize the industrial structure,vigorously develop modern service industry and build a new industrial system.
