With the continuous adjustment of national policies,the supply-side reform has basically ended,the real estate industry continues to tighten up,environmental improvement and pollution control is still carried out in an orderly and high-pressure manner,and the degree of global integration & informatization is getting higher and higher.China's economy has bottomed out,but we need not to be pessimistic.SG,committed to promote the development of Chinese industry,is facing unprecedented historical opportunities as well as severe internal and external challenges.How to obtain more high-quality end customer resources and win the trust of customers in such a competitive market environment is the key for SG to have a place in China.Customer satisfaction measures how well an organization is doing in its industry to meet or exceed customers' expectations to buy products.Its index reflects the degree of customer perception and experience in a series of processes such as purchasing products,using products and enjoying services.The higher the customer satisfaction,the higher the customer loyalty;the lower customer satisfaction,the more customer complaints.This thesis takes the research on customer satisfaction promotion strategy of SG Abrasive Materials And Tools Company as the subject,and proposes relevant measures to improve the company's satisfaction under the guidance of customer satisfaction theory and marketing 4P and 4C theory.According to the satisfaction survey results and the current situation of the company,the thesis proposes to establish and improve the company satisfaction model,a dealer evaluation system,build a professional technical team,improve the internal and external communication mechanism,and promote customer value perception.Continuously improving the company's satisfaction index,which reflects the "customer-centric" marketing concept,to obtain more customer trust and business development opportunities,promote the company's brand promotion,and enhance the company's corporate image.
