Research On Risk Management Of YX Company's P2P "Fire Phoenix" Project

The research object of this paper is the P2 P "fire phoenix" project of YX company,whose background is quite complex.On the one hand,P2 P,as a financial trading platform that coexists with investment and financial management and consumer loans,has a history of many years abroad,but its development is still lagging behind in China.No matter it is national financial policy or local policy,or central bank policy,the control and supervision of the platform is not detailed and perfect enough,and with the increase of the lending rate,the risk also increases,and once reached the point of uncontrollable.Especially in the early stage of domestic development,P2 P platforms have not done any prevention work and risk response work well.The most direct impact is that a large number of companies have gone bankrupt,the overdue rate of lenders has soared,and the interests of investors have suffered great losses.After several large-scale P2 P platform risk incidents broke out around 2015,many people are very cautious about P2 P operation and spread rumors about risks.In this way,for P2 P,a financial trading platform,especially relevant operations and risk prevention,companies and relevant government departments must pay great attention to it.On the other hand,the current market situation and environment require platform companies to innovate and change in order to seek breakthroughs and ways of development,and the launch of second-hand car products is based on the characteristics of The Times and current needs,which can help enterprises to get a better way of development.In view of the above considerations,YX company decided to launch this project to achieve the goal of product development and technology optimization.This paper,based on the project management theory,the project risk management theory as the pointer,and by means of investigation and comprehensive analysis,carried out risk identification and assessment for the whole process of YX company's P2 P "fire phoenix" project,and summarized and sorted out the countermeasures for the project risk management according to the results.Firstly,based on the project overview,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of risk management.Thirdly,the project risks are comprehensively identified and classified from multiple perspectives.Next,the identified risks are quantitatively evaluated.Finally,based on the above risk management results,the risk response measures are obtained and summarized.The originality of the research in this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,the risk management research based on the P2 P industry crisis in the past is more prudent;Second,there are few studies on risk management of enterprises with similar background in Sichuan Province.In this article,through the combination of theory with practice,according to the actual circumstances of the project and the current situation of risk management for research and finishing,hope to be able to give to the project risk controls the ability of comprehensive promotion ideas and reference,and combining to the company,specific to carry on the rest of the project as a whole and management,the value of the beneficial.
