A Study On Rrual Green Development Of Qingjiang River Valley

Since the reform and opening,China has made outstanding achievements in economic development,but the ecological and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.Green development has also become an important part of China’s current urgent that need to be resolved.The report of 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate and imbalance.The vast majority of the Qingjiang River Valley(except Yidu city)belongs to the centralized and contiguous poverty-stricken areas in China,and the economic development is relatively backward compared with other cities in Hubei.This is an important manifestation of inadequate and imbalance development,but the Qingjiang River Valley is rich in natural resources,and the advantage of Qingjiang River Valley’s development lies in resources.The road to green development’s construction can shorten the gap between the Qingjiang River Valley and other regions.However,with the continuous development of the economy in Qingjiang River Valley,a series of problems such as water pollution,unreasonable use of resources and poor watershed management have occurred in recent years.Therefore,how to develop the social economy while protecting the ecological environment and implementing green development is not only a key to solve the problem in Qingjiang River Valley,but also an important measure to promote the green development of the Yangtze River Valley.This article takes the Qingjiang River Valley as the research object,adopts the literature collection method,the inductive summarization method and the field investigation method,and uses the theory of sustainable development,the stakeholder theory,the collaborative governance theory and the theory of “tragedy of the commons” to carry out research on rural green development of the Qingjiang River Valley.First of all,this paper expounds the favorable conditions for the green development of the Qingjiang River Valley from six aspects: the quality of ecological environment,the foundation of green industry,the financial support,the collaborative protection,the collaborative governance and the regulation policy.What’s more,based on the research results,the problems and causes of the green development of the Qingjiang River Valley are deeply analyzed from four aspects: rural environment,green industry,economic development and management system.Finally,the path selection of the green development of the Qingjiang River Valley was given in five directions: the resources protection and development,the ecological governance system,the rural infrastructure,the green industry and the regional coordinated development.
