Study On The Factors Affecting Residents' Participation In Rural Tourism Community Of Wanning City

In recent years,due to the national and local party committees at all levels of government attaches great importance to,and the reform and development of society,people's new change appears in the pursuit of spiritual life,rural revitalization of the implementation of the strategy and global strategy,travel to present the situation of flowers,rural tourism has gradually been recognized by the broad masses of tourists and government,in developing for the local and the people had a comprehensive effect.The development of rural tourism in hainan province has unique geographical advantages,resource advantages and climate advantages.The improvement of the development level of rural tourism can effectively guide tourists to flock to the countryside,which can not only alleviate the tourism pressure of popular cities,but also improve the income of community residents,and then enhance residents' sense of happiness and acquisition.This paper draws the questions to be studied from the related theories,definition of relevant concepts,and introduces the research situation at home and abroad according to different concepts,then describes the whole development status,SWOT analyzes the development of rural tourism in wanning city;Then select the nearest nearest village,wentong village,xibian village,bamboo yongvillage as the research site,design the questionnaire,and determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire under the premise of scientific control.In the off-season and peak season,in-depth interviews with community villages were conducted to understand the relevant situation,and the characteristics and satisfaction degree of community residents' participation were summarized by collecting field information.In addition,the promotion and restriction factors affecting residents' participation in rural tourism were supplemented and analyzed through in-depth interviews.Combined with the rural residents' participation scale and tourism satisfaction evaluation scale,SPSS software was used to evaluate and analyze residents' participation,influencing factors and satisfaction degree from the aspects of frequency and regression analysis,and the basic status of community residents' participation was obtained..From the perspective of community residents,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of community participation based on the analysis of the basic situation,finds out the influencing rules of various factors of community participation on rural tourism development,and explores and proposes a win-win mechanism for the sustainable development of rural tourism in wanning city and the improvement of residents' satisfaction.Studies show that community residents to participate in the great influence on rural tourism,community residents in rural tourism development,its role and status has not cause scholar's attention and enough attention,but the role of community residents,obviously,community residents have the right to express their will,to some extent with the attitude of ownership with voice and decisions affect the development direction and results,to enjoy more of the development.Developing reality,however,more attention is the growth rate of tourists and tourism revenue,less consider the tourism residents income,employment and long-term interests of the community residents,residents' rights not well better resolved effectively,there is a low level of residents to participate in,voice is not strong,the rural to urism development to promote economic and social development is not obvious.This paper proposes from five aspects to improve the community residents' right to speak and satisfaction with rural tourism development.
