Study On The Evaluation And Improvement Methods Of Residents' Participation In Ethnic Villages Tourism

Ethnic village tourism is an important part of ethnic cultural tourism and a form of cultural tourism based on the community.The basis and key to the development of this form of tourism is largely due to the good original ecological resources of the ethnic villages and the folk customs of simple and hospitable.Whether the tourists are motivated to seek new ideas and seek the same,or to pursue the purpose of homesickness and poetic dwelling,the characteristic villages can become the first choice for experiencing heterogeneous culture and returning to nature.Intercultural contact,interaction and experience are inextricably linked.However,most of the ethnic areas in our country are mostly in the margins of the old and the poor.In the relatively backward economy,the development of tourism is an effective means to get rid of poverty.The influx of foreign civilizations will more or less be local traditions.Culture brings shock.In the case of limited human,material and financial resources,how to mobilize the residents of ethnic areas to participate in the development of tourism and enhance their ability to participate and plan is of great significance to the development of ethnic village tourism.This paper selects ethnic village residents as the research object to evaluate the participation ability of residents in Ethnic Village Tourism and to study the promotion strategy.This paper consists of five parts,which are the introduction part,the current situation and theoretical analysis part,the evaluation part,the measurement part,and the countermeasures and conclusions part.The introduction part mainly aims to introduce the main framework of this study.First of all,it briefly summarizes the current economic and cultural development of Ethnic Village Tourism in China,that is,the current economic backwardness and prominent cultural characteristics of ethnic areas in China,ethnic village tourism is an important way to make up for disadvantages with advantages,and the study of ethnic village tourism is rich in ethnic tourism theory The theoretical and practical significance of increasing the economic aggregate and promoting consumption in ethnic areas.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this study studies the participation of ethnic tourism residents in specific areas with the help of qualitative and quantitative research models,and puts forward suggestions to optimize the development of ethnic village tourism from the perspective of residents' participation ability.Specifically,this study first reviews the domestic and foreign research results of ethnic village tourism and social and residents' participation,in which foreign research mainly focuses on the practice of community participation,while domestic research mainly focuses on the theory and effect analysis of residents' participation.On this basis,this study constructs the evaluation system and measures the ethnic village tourism in Xiangxi Prefecture.Among them,the construction ofevaluation system is mainly based on the previous research and the current development situation to build an index system that is in line with the evaluation of tourism residents' participation ability of ethnic villages,providing a real and effective reference for the specific evaluation of their ability.In the measurement part,through questionnaire survey,ability evaluation and statistical analysis,we explore the ability of ethnic village residents to participate in tourism,and explore the existing problems and influencing factors.On the basis of theoretical analysis,case study and case enlightenment,the part of countermeasures and suggestions is put forward to help optimize the participation degree and participation ability of tourism residents in ethnic villages in China,mainly aiming to provide reference for the in-depth development of tourism in ethnic areas and other areas in China.
