In modern society,the core competitiveness of enterprise development is mainly the competition of talents,and in the employment relationship,a very important link is the salary system,that is to say,the salary system is the link between enterprises and employees,but also the key factor for enterprises to recruit employees.Therefore,the compensation system and its configuration are scientific and reasonable.Compensation system is not only a powerful tool to promote the realization of enterprise strategic development goals,but also a competitive tool and inevitable means for enterprises to attract foreign talents.This paper takes R Real Estate Company as the research object.This paper elaborates three typical cases: the annoyance of recruiting supervisor,the disappointment of Planning Commissioner to salary system and the collective turnover of sales staff.By using the methods of literature research,data collection,case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper analyses the causes of salary management problems in R Real Estate Company.R real estate company management concept is relatively backward,the salary system is not perfect,and salary in the same industry is lack of competitiveness,at the same time,the incentive mechanism is imperfect.Therefore,the improvement plan is put forward,including improving the management concept,improving the salary system,enhancing the competitiveness of salary,and improving the salary incentive mechanism.This paper has two aspects of research significance.First,this study has guiding significance for the actual operation of real estate company's salary management.It urges R company to establish a perfect and humanized salary system,which will enable the company to be in a long-term competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.Second,it will provide human resources management and performance in the real estate industry.Effective salary management has reference significance.
