The Research For The Counter Operational Risk Management Of Agricultural Development Bank Of Dalian

With the tremendous development of China's economy and the further implementation of the internal system reform of the Agricultural Development Bank,the business variety and scope of the bank have been expanding under the background of head office reform.Meanwhile,the accounting management of our bank faces stricter standards and requirements,especially in the prevention and control of operational risk in accounting business,with the increasing comprehensiveness of business and the expanding coverage of business.Therefore,how to identify and control potential risk more effectively,and how to prevent risk more timely play a significant role in promoting the accounting management of our bank.This paper takes the accounting operational risk control of Dalian Branch of Agricultural Development Bank as the research object,and launches research following the rules of finding problems,analyzing reasons and seeking solutions.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction part,which elaborates the background and significance of the study.On this basis,it summarizes the main content of the article,the methods used in the study and the thoughts of the article.Chapter two gives introduce several important theories of risk management in banking industry.Chapter three describes and analyses the current situation of the accounting business in Dalian Branch by using the method of data collection,which summarizes the manuscripts of the accounting guidance inspection,various kinds of violations and errors business bulletins in Dalian Branch and its subordinate branches.Chapter four analyses the cause of the risk based on the summary of the operational risk in accounting business of Dalian Branch and its subordinate branches.Chapter five actively explores the practical solutions to these problems existing in the process of operational risk management in accounting business at this stage,on the basis of the problems raised and analyzed above.Chapter six is the conclusion,which summarizes the research of the whole article.On this basis,it puts forward the shortcomings of the current research to be improved,points out the direction for the next research and provides reference.
