With economic globalization, the development of network communication technology and the rapid growth of China’s personal wealth, in need of competing with foreign banks and domestic banks and for the state-controlled banks’own survival and development, network transformation has become an inevitable choice for the state-controlled large commercial banks in the certain historical stage.This article uses "the new network principle","network Transformation","the channel theory" and "the core competitiveness theory", elaborated the problems of××branch, A bank:the organization level is low; the customer foundation is weak; the electronic channel is imperfect, the operation process is complex, and so on. Using the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, the paper analyzed the reasons of these problems, and proposed that network reform must revolve in nine aspects of measures such as location selection, function division, repair transformation, process integration, business shifting, position and staff setting, specialized marketing troop construction, KPI inspection and risk control, in order to transform operation network to service network.This article draws the following conclusion: Network transformation is not just refers to hardware, software such as process optimization, position and staff setting, products and services promotion is more important; The procession reorganization is an important content of network transformation. Only through management, operation and procession of service can we improve the level and efficiency; Network transformation must follow the strategic target and create culture of execution, performance and compliance; the channel construction is also an important content. The basic point of enhancing physical channel competitiveness lies in the promotion of service capacity and benefit promotion is the standard of final success; Network transformation is the only way for Commercial banks to promote core competitiveness through process reorganization, technological innovation and human resources integration.
