A Research On Suning Commerce Working Capital Management Based On Supply Chain

Working capital plays a crucial role in the survival,operation and development of enterprises.Good working capital management can not only bring great advantages to the procurement,production and sales of enterprises,but also is an important indicator to measure the short-term solvency and sustainable operation ability of enterprises.Therefore,the operating status of the enterprise is closely related to the management of working capital.In the current society,with the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce enterprises flourish,with the effective management of the supply chain to improve the level of working capital management has become the key to promote the development of e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,the working capital management of e-commerce enterprises cannot be separated from the effective application of supply chain theory.Scholars from all over the world have a long history in the study of working capital management and have achieved a lot of results.At the beginning,the research subject of working capital management is the management of current assets and current liabilities.By the 1990 s,scholars focused on specific industries,supply chains,customer relationships,channels and value chains.At present,supply chain-based related research theory has a considerable scale.However,there are relatively few studies on the combination of supply chain,working capital management and e-commerce.Therefore,the relevant research on e-commerce enterprises is more urgent.Based on the characteristics of the supply chain and the characteristics of e-commerce enterprises' extensive application in information technology,this article changes the traditional perspective of analyzing working capital management from the aspects of procurement,production and sales,and proposes a comprehensive study of information flow,logistics,capital flow and the connection between upstream and downstream enterprises to study working capital management.On this basis,it takes Suning Commerce as the research object,studies the status quo of its supply chain and working capital management,analyzes its specific implementation methods,and evaluates it according to relevant indicators.Throughthe index evaluation to further evaluate its implementation effect,the article summarizes its working capital management experience,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward optimization suggestions to provide experience guidance for similar enterprises.
