Study On The Development Of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives In Miluo City

Agricultural machinery cooperatives are the inevitable result of the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Its development has effectively improved the drawbacks of the household contract production system,increased the efficiency of agricultural production,and helped farmers increase their wealth.Miluo City is located in the east of Dongting Lake.It is a traditional agricultural county and an important commodity grain production base in the country.Since the development of agricultural machinery,the government has given support in agricultural machinery subsidies,maintenance and scrapping,and agricultural machinery safety,which has accelerated the establishment of the Agricultural Machinery Cooperative in Miluo City,and has also seen a certain increase in the level of development.However,in the development process,Miluo City Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives also revealed problems such as unbalanced regional development,low quality demonstration farms,low level of total agricultural machinery power,and low contribution to food production.The development of agricultural machinery cooperatives is hindered by factors such as management norms,land,funds,and personnel quality.It is of great significance to solve the difficulties in the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives and improve the development mechanism by conducting research on the Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Miluo City.This article analyzes and summarizes relevant domestic and international research dynamics,defines the concept of agricultural machinery cooperatives,analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural cooperatives in Miluo City,and summarizes the problems in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Miluo City from various angles.Then,after discussing the factors that hinder the development of the Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Miluo City,the United States,Western European countries,Japan and South Korea,and the Taiwan region's successful experience in developing agricultural cooperatives were proposed to promote the development of agricultural cooperatives in Miluo City.Suggestions and measures include continuing to promote large-scale land management,intensifying policies and financial support,innovating the social services of agricultural cooperatives,strengthening training,improving the quality of cooperatives,promoting the standardized development of agricultural machinery cooperatives,and promoting the construction of demonstration agencies.In this paper,a comprehensive survey was conducted on the Agriculture Commission of Yueyang City,the Agricultural Bureau of Miluo City,and agricultural machinery cooperatives.The research methods mainly involved literature analysis,case analysis,and comparative research.
