Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Ecological Agricultural Technology Extension In Furong District,Changsha

China's agricultural production mode is in the transition period,because of the different areas of agricultural infrastructure,different natural resources,ecological environment,resource allocation and other factors are different,therefore,China's ecological agricultural science and technology promotion in theory,technology,management,policy,personnel,publicity and other problems still exist.As the central city of China,the role of Hunan province in the development of ecological agriculture can not be ignored.The development of ecological agriculture is of great significance to the economic development,social stability and the comprehensive competitiveness of the country.Based on the present situation of ecological agricultural science and technology popularization in Furong District of Changsha city of Hunan Province,and combining with the development trend of ecological agricultural science and technology extension at home and abroad,this paper investigates the local people in Furong District of Changsha City,interviews with the local ecological agricultural enterprise project leader,and the ecological agriculture of colleges and universities and the Long Ping high science park.The technical staff communicate with each other.Secondly,the existing problems in the process of ecological agricultural science and technology popularization in Changsha Furong district are summarized,including the bad natural environment of ecological agriculture,serious environmental pollution,the inadequate implementation of the relevant policies of ecological agriculture,the inadequate subsidy for ecological agriculture related funds,and the low level of the service personnel of the ecological agricultural science and technology extension service.Lack of basic equipment related to eco agriculture technology.Finally,we will carry out in-depth research on various problems.After comprehensive investigation,summary and analysis,the countermeasures to accelerate the development of ecological agricultural science and technology promotion in Furong District of Changsha city of Hunan province are put forward,mainly according to local conditions and scientific planning,strengthen the implementation of the policy,clear the responsibility of leadership,improve and implement the preferential and subsidy policy of ecological agriculture,and strengthen the training of ecological agricultural science and technology personnel at the grass-roots level.We should do a good job in promoting farmers' technology,speed up equipment innovation and upgrade the industrial chain,and improve the laws and regulations guarantee system.
